Should I submit a financial statement with every single application? or when accepted

Please help me! Im an international student. Title explains all basically....it would be annoying to do a financial statement for every university ><

And also, is there like a universal form or would I have to get all the specific forms + bank statement from the 14 universities Im applying to? T_T…

You need to ask each of the places that you are applying to what they need you to do. Do not be surprised if each place asks for different information.

I’m on a similar situation. I am international and I would have a big trouble sending my parents’ financial papers to all institutions to which I’ve been applying. Hence, I e-mailed them and they said I would still be considered for Finaid if I applied only after receiving an acceptance. The only difference is that I’ll hear a Finaid response later than I would normally do if I applied now.

Bottom line is: if you can attend a school without finaid, you may leave your FA application to afterwards. If the only way you can attend the school is by receiving financial help, you might want to apply now and receive a Finaid response along with your application decision.

Good luck.
