well, if you are a sophmore, or junior applicant, you wouldnt be worrying about midterm grade reports for any schools, as your GPA is already solidly established by having a large amount of units that a school can refer to in order judge your capabilities as a student in their school.

I am a freshman, but regardless, the fact that I have a mid-semester 3.9 on top of my 3.9 first semester at a top 25 LAC can only help my cause. It also shows consistency, and the ability to continue performing while busting my ass for grades that "don't matter" in the transfer admissions process.

I am also a freshman applying as a sophomore transfer.. except in my case, they only have grades from my first quarter, which is only 3 classes. I am submitting this because i bumped up the number of units i am taking.

well.. actually, do you guys think I should submit?

First quarter (14 units): A, A+, A-, P (mandatory p/np seminar), GPA: 3.9
Second Quarter (18 units): A, A, B+, B+, GPA: 3.6
Overall GPA: 3.7
