Should I submit all the SAT scores?

I took the ACT, SAT reasoning and SAT II math and chemistry. but the SAT scores wasnt very good. I want to apply Cornell, but it requires to submit all the SAT scores. Can I just send ACT score and subject test scores, since it meets the requirements?
I'm planing on taking ACT again, if I want to apply ED, will it be too late to take the test on Oct. 26? And if it's ok, will the late score(usually october SAT score will arrive early) influence my chance to get accepted?

I think you can submit the ACT and SAT II’s. I’m fairly certain the non-score choice factor is only when you have taken the SAT more than once and are using the SAT instead of the ACT.

I’m not sure if that would be too late, but I don’t think so. Why don’t you ask the admissions? If it is okay, it will not influence your chance.
