If I submit my USC app before the Dec. 1 scholarship application deadline, will they still consider my December SAT1 scores and my senior year first semester grades?

Also, how likely is it that I will get scholarship money? My GPA and SAT both aren't stellar, and it seems 50/50 whether or not I'll get in. Do I have any chance at all of getting some scholarship money?

The only way to find out for sure would be to apply before December 1st.

If you submit before the Dec 1st deadline your December scores may or may not be used for scholarship consideration. The process is speeded up for that first group because admission letters go out for those being considered for scholarships by the end of January. Your 1st semester grades will not be used for scholarship consideration.

If it turns out you are not among those being considered for scholarships, then YES, your December scores and 1st semester grades WILL be used in the admission decision - even if you applied before December 1st.

In other words, there is no admissions penalty at all for applying by December 1st. Go for it!
