Should I submit both of my letter of recs from 10th grade teachers?

I am applying regular decision to: Duke, Swarthmore, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Dartmouth, Notre Dame, Williams, and Northeastern.

Possible Letter of Recs:
-10th grade world history teacher and Quiz Bowl coach in 10th and 11th grade: Fantastic letter
-9th and 10th grade teacher whom I had for 11th grade and 12th grade English ( I skipped a few classes) and Mock Trial coach in 10th-11th grade: Amazing letter
-10th-12th grade engineering teacher: good, but not on the same level as the other two
-9th-11th grade French teacher: positive, but generic

I feel like I should submit both of the 10th grade teacher ones, just because they are so good. Is this an acceptable time to submit two 10th grade letter of recs? Should I submit my engineering teacher's as a third letter of rec? Thanks for any input!

1 is fine, coaching you in 11th is fine

2 is fine. you took an advanced class with him/her plus coaching-- no prob

3. Send as supplemental . Won’t hurt

4 Don’t send. will water down the 1st three.
