Should I submit my ACT and SAT?

<p>My SAT:
760 Reading
620 Math
800 Writing</p>

<p>My ACT:
31</p>

<p>As a general rule, and not applicable to any particular college, should I be sending in both my SAT and ACT? My SAT is better, but I feel that doing decent on my ACT shows consistently. What do you think?</p>
