Should I submit my ACT or SAT I and II?

<p>I got a 28 on my first time taking the ACT, which I'm not happy with, or should I submit my SAT: 620 CR 680 M 800 W which is a little better, but then my SAT II's are absolutely horrible: 640 Chemistry and 680 Math 1. </p>

<p>I am applying ED, which would give me a better shot?</p>

<p>SAT writing is impressive, but usually that is the section they care least about (well most do, maybe Duke has equal emphasis). SAT IIs aren’t horrible, but colleges are probably looking for 700s+. I guess I don’t know what I would do, maybe ask your GC or someone?</p>
