Should I submit my ACT or SAT to Dartmouth?

I’m submitting my scores to the schools I’ve applied to today. My SAT superscore is 2130, but my individual tests are 2030 (740 reading, 670 writing, and 620 math) and 2090 (700 reading, 730 writing, 660 math). I took the ACT once and got a composite score of 31. The two subject test scores I’m using are 720 in Literature and 700 in U.S. History.

My reasoning for sending the SAT to most schools was because a lot of my schools require either the SAT and 2 subject tests or just the ACT, and I think my subject tests add more to my scores. Dartmouth requires the 2 subject tests regardless of whether you submit the SAT or ACT, so I’m just wondering if either score would be better to send in.

*And yes, I realize Dartmouth is definitely a reach, but I have good work experience, a couple extracurriculars, above a 4.0, and what I’ve been told is a pretty decent essay.

2090 is almost exactly the same as a 31. I’d submit both; it shows consistency.
