I got a 2340 on the SAT (790 CR, 800 M, 720 W) and a 35 on the ACT (34 E, 36 M, 34 R, 35 S), but only a 9 on the ACT Writing Portion. I am planning on applying to some Ivies and a few other top schools. Should I submit both the SAT and ACT scores with my college applications, or only those of the SAT? I am afraid that the relatively low writing score on the ACT will hurt me. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Submit both. They honestly and truly don't give a damn about the writing score, and a 35 is something to let them know about.

Oh My Gosh! Thats such a low score! Good Luck with community college! (that is if you get accepted)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly wouldn't bother. Your SAT is good enough on it's own; you dont need to pay more money just to show them another good test score.
and isn't your SAT a 2310?

A 35 is better than a 2310.

Oh sorry, I made a mistake when I typed in my SAT score, it should be 790 CR, 800 M, 750 W, so it is a 2340. Thanks for the advice.
