Should I submit my applcation online?

I was wondering if Harvard prefers applications to be submitted online or by snail mail.

If there is no preference, I would much rather send it via snail mail and be able to attach a resume to the application

Harvard doesn't care (as far as I know), but here's the thing: sending it online is actually much, much easier. You also don't have to worry if they received it or not, and, particularly since the deadline is only three days away, you'll have more time to look over the application. It even saves you money on postage.

If you really feel the need for a resume, go ahead and send it by mail, but you should really examine the resume and see whether there is anything significant on it that you couldn't communicate on the common app. If there isn't, than adding a resume isn't helpful, it's just annoying to the admissions officers that have to spend the time reading it.

Could you elaborate on why you want to attach a resume?
