Should I submit my SAT and ACT Score?

I have an SAT score of 2130 and ACT score of 31. Would it be beneficial to submit both scores or should I only submit my SAT because it's higher compared to the ACT (I think)?

I was originally planning on submitting both but now I'm not so sure. I'm applying to NYU, Fordham, Hofstra, and St. John's University.

Your ACT and SAT scores are indeed very comparable. It is hard to say which one is better as you did not list out the section scores. In general, if you have a good balance of section scores (i.e. all SAT sections >700 or all ACT sections >30), it would be better. Nevertheless, different school may put emphasis in different sections. If you are not sure which one is better, submitting both and let the school decide is usually a good idea.
