Should I submit my SAT score to Cornell? Transfer

I’m currently a sophomore student at community college planning to transfer to Cornell University (I have a 4.0 GPA). On their website it says “If you have previously taken the SAT or ACT, you should have an official score report sent to Cornell by the testing agency. It is not necessary to take the SAT or ACT if you have not previously done so.” I took the SAT, but I did HORRIBLE 580M 480CR 500W. Should I send them my score or do I not have to? I’m afraid that it’ll dramatically decrease my chances of being admitted.
