Should I submit my SAT Subject Test scores?

I just took my SAT Subject tests and got pretty bad scores. I wanna know if it will help me to submit them.

Applying to:
UCLA
UC Berkeley
UC San Diego
UC Davis
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Cornell (possibly)
Two or three more privates.

I want to primarily apply under Computer Science.

ACT: 33 (I’m took it one more time but am awaiting my scores)
AP European History: 3
AP Chemistry: 4
AP Language: 4
AP United States History: 4
Chem Subject Test: 640
Math Level II Subject Test: 580
Weighted GPA: 4.36
Class Rank: 4

Grades:
Junior -
AP Art History - A,A
AP Chemistry - A,A
AP Lang/Comp - A,A
AP US History - A,A
French 3 HP - A,A
Pre-Calculus - B,A

Senior - Taking AP Calc A/B, AP Bio, Physics, Econ/AP Govt, AP Lit/Comp, and AP Psych

Is it a good idea to submit my subject test scores?

I think UC’s recommened them, especially since you are CS.
I would retake math for sure to get atleast 700.
