Should I submit my test scores to test optional schools?

I am planning on applying to several test optional schools. I have decided to do this because my scores are not as good as the rest of my application…

Here are my scores:

ACT
Composite: 24
Superscore: 26

SAT
1200 (new scale)
1630 (old scale)

The test-optional schools that I am applying to include:

Juniata College
University of Scranton
Wake Forest University

*I’ve been told if I submit either that I should submit my SAT. I should be receiving my latest ACT scores soon.

Well I wouldn’t submit the scores if they’re lower than the school’s average, since sending them is optional, after all.

Agree with above. If your latest ACT is better, submit and hope for the best.

For test optional schools, if either the SAT or ACT score is at or above the school average (which you can look up online) then send it. If not, don’t send.
