I’m EDing to UPenn (Wharton, it’s definitely a reach school for me). My regular SAT score is a superscored 2310.
I have a 780 in literature and a 720 in Math II (I’m thinking this is a bit too weak).
Would I just be better off not sending SATII scores? I’m thinking yes, but I’m not sure.
(I accidentally posted this in the wrong thread earlier, so sorry if this shows up twice).
If you plan on retaking the math exam, then yes send them in. If I were you, I would send them in regardless, because though colleges say they are optional, they are mandatory for most without a real hook. Your SAT score is very strong, and assuming your GPA and the rest of your application are very strong, then you should be fine if you submit it.
My son sent his SAT II scores, 730 Math II and 710 Literature, to Penn. Didn’t hurt him as he was accepted. He wasn’t applying to Wharton, though. (Fine Arts major)
