Should I switch from BA to Finance now?

Hey guys, Im about to enter college and am debating a switch from Business administration BSBA to Finance. In the future I want to go to Bschool or law school but in the meantime I want to be able to get summer internships.

I told my counselor that BA and Finance and she said to not worry because the classes I would have to take are the same until Junior year. So my question would be will potential internship positions turn me down because of Im majoring in BA instead of finance? Also, will positions look favorably if I choose to double major in both BA and Finance(which is very doable only 12 hours of extra classes throughout college) ?

Thanks

If I were you, I would get the finance degree, but either won't hurt you.

Pourquoi est-ce que tu veux changer ton specialisation?

Translation: Why do you want to change your major?

Sorry I just felt like posting in French.

because they are basically the same classes but I hear finance is more heavily recruited

^Then switch to finance because you seem to know the answer to this problem yourself.

The question is

Would it benefit me to switch to finance now instead of in 2 years for internships next year?

and also

Does double majoring in finance and BA increase your chances of landing an internship?

Just do finance and save yourself teh trouble of not being able to find an elite job. Like Ibanking (omg I just got a boner)
