Should I take 5 AP's instead of 6 AP's Senior Year?

@skieurope My parents and I spoke with the guidance counselor and her supervisor today. It came down to them saying that the school offers > 20 AP classes and to take a CP course over an AP is not “most rigorous”.

Elite colleges make it clear that 'most rigorous ’ is not equivalent to 'all ap’s '. I supposed it’s a losing battle now but I hope someone educateq your school that colleges never thought the mention ‘reasonably’ would need to be added to 'most rigorous ’ when they asked for 'mist rigorous ', especially when they make it very clear on their admission pages that they DO NOT want to see all-AP schedules.
