So my county is currently offering for all seniors to be able to drop their first and second class in the morning to help students be able to be awake at the time they come to school which is after the first on odd days and second period on even days. My counselor said I would be the perfect candidate for such a program because my first two classes are electives, IB Business & Management SL I and Psych/Sociology(semester courses) where as the rest are my core classes. The only thing I feel holding me back from selecting this option is the fact that colleges might look down upon the fact that I dropped two courses instead of taking the full seven. Do you think it would affect my chances of getting into college if I were to participate in this program?

My current schedule without my electives is
IB Bio HL II
English DE
IB Geo SL I
IB Math HL II
IB Film Study HL II
