Should I take a third language?

I am already fluent in both English and Spanish. This year, I get to choose my subjects for the IB Diploma. I have to take English HL, Spanish HL and mathematics SL(sadly, my school does not offer HL math). As I can only choose one more HL and my school does not offer Physics HL or Chemistry HL (the only science it offers in HL is Biology), I'll be taking Economics HL and physics SL. As I am not taking an arts from Group 6, I was going to choose chemistry SL as my last subject, but I was wondering, should I pick french? Choosing french would allow me to take the IB test for French and the DELF B1, which my school also offers. So, which would give me more chances of getting into, for example, MIT(I want to study physics in the future), chemistry or french SL?

Chemistry would be more useful but also more expected. French would set you apart as trilingual - but I assume it’d be SL ab initio so not sure you could do DELF B1, which is the same rough level as AP French.
