Should I take another AP course or 2 online college courses

I have a bit of a scheduling dilemma, I'm going to be a senior this year and my schedule is as follows.

AP Euro
AP Calc
Cooking class/Library Worker
UNfilled Block
AP English Lit
AP Human Geo
AP Psych

And I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with that unfilled block.
The way I see it is I have two options I can either:
A) Take two online 3 credit hour college courses through Murray State University (free of charge due to a program I attended this summer)

B)Take Another AP class (more than likely I would have to take AP Government as I've either taken the course or the test for every other available AP Course at my school)

So far (as far as AP classes go) I've taken:
AP World History (3 on AP test)
AP English Language (4 on AP test)
AP Chemistry (3 on AP test)
AP Environmental Sci ( 4 on AP test, did not take the actual class only took the test)
AP USH (4 on AP test)

In college I'm hoping to major in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering (something along those lines)

I'm wondering what will help me look the best for scholarship applications and what will prepare me the best
