Should I take another class or a FREE PERIOD?

<p>Soooo my math teacher is a major #$$#%$&^%&^<em>&</em>. She has given me two referrals for not taking notes in class. I have NEVER taken notes in a math class. Anyway, I'm done with her. I live in Florida so I'm just going to take the class on FLVS.</p>

<p>I have math first period. Once I drop it I can either take a free period and sleep in for an extra hour, or I can take another class. I probably won't have too much of a choice though due to class size amendment. </p>

<p>I have 4 AP's in my schedule this year (APUSH, Comp sci, Lang, and Stat). I might be able to get into Govt and Politics or Comp Govt. Otherwise I'd be stuck in an honors class (which still provides a modest GPA boost) or a reg class (which is basically daycare) and of course I could just take a free period. I'm a junior and looking at schools like Georgia Tech, U of Texas, U of Chicago, etc. Advice?</p>

<p>Try to get into an AP class that interests you. If you can’t, take the free period unless there’s an honors class that really, really, truly interests you.</p>
