ive changed my mind, and decided i dont want to become a doctor.

next year, senior year, im not sure if i should bother with ap bio because i'll already be taking ap calc ab, ap essay, the hardest lit class (which isnt ap, but still weighted), french 4 (which is also weighted, but not ap)

so thats 4 honors/ap classes out of 5

is it worth it? shold i do it just to be a competitive applicant? should i just nott ake science at all?

help

I would def take at least a science class. If you're not in love with bio, try chem or physics, or something you haven't taken yet. Since you don't seem to love science in general that much, it'll probably be the only time you'll take it. I may never take lab science in college, but I've taken 5 science courses in high school so I at least know what I'm missing out on.

doesn't sounds too tough - only 3 APs...I did 3 APs and 3 Honors my junior year and did fine and I am doing 5 APs, 1 Honors, and 1 regular this year and am still doing fine...

I guess the big thing is to look at the colleges where you want to apply and see how many sciences they want. Of course, if you want to major in anything related to science, it would probably be good to have a science senior year, but, if you're going for something like Econ, etc., I don't think it will look bad if you don't take Bio. If you're shooting for the top colleges and your school offers a decent amount of APs (8+), I would definitely take a third AP class.

the science courses ive taken are: physics, chem, and im in bio now...what if i take advanced bio next year? its only a semester long class and it is weighted...
