Should I take AP Biology or AP European History?

I’m a high school junior and I am picking my classes for next year. Currently, I am signed up to take:

  • AP Calculus AB
  • AP Senior English (the second portion of AP Lit... my school splits AP Lit over 2 yrs)
  • AP Biology/Euro
  • AP Spanish 5
  • Honors Orchestra
  • AP Psychology

I have to choose between Biology and European History. I like history a lot. I plan on majoring in the social sciences, but sometimes I feel like if I don’t take AP Bio and spontaneously decide to be pre-med in college, it will be a missed opportunity. I’m not sure which class would be best for me.

I took Honors Biology and absolutely loved the class, but I think that was only true because I could score 100% on every test. If the class was actually challenging, I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much as I did.

So ya…I’m not sure what to do. I want to have a relaxed senior year, and the teacher of AP Senior Engish is apparently a crazy person who sucks the fun out of learning, and the AP Psych teacher is so bad that you have to teach yourself. I need to take this into consideration when choosing, but I just can’t. I need to hear someone else’s opinion

From another thread:

In which case, you should take a science instead of 2 social sciences.

Always good to take science all 4 years.

Since the teacher for AP psych is horrible, don’t take the class. Take AP euro and another science. If you’ve not taken physics, take physics regular. If you have taken physics, take APES or another non AP science.
