Should i take ap biology

I sort of slacked off and didn't pay too much attention for regular bio ... i got a b because i had a really hard teacher. Also, I'm kind of worried because i don't remember too much stuff from regular bio. First of all, does anyone remember if they review all the old stuff in ap bio during the first few weeks, and second of all, do you think if i worked hard and studied i could do well in ap bio?

I would take it; if you wait longer, you’ll forget even more…

I took regular bio in 8th grade, and I’m going to be a junior this year and will be taking AP Bio. I did the summer work already, and I don’t remember a lot of it. But about 50% of my summer work was chem-related, so I remembered that because I took that class last year. But honestly I’m not that worried because it was 3 years ago that I took Bio, and everyone is in the same boat, and the teacher understands. Maybe I’ll do a couple of regents exams just to make sure I remember the basics (I’m from NY, so the regents are kind of the basic knowledge pot, haha).
