I’m a student in HS, currently taking trig. I was signed up to take honors pre calculus this year, but I had to switch it to trig because taking pre calc would mean that I’d have to drop leadership, and give up the title of junior class Vice President. I feel like taking ap calculus is the necessary class that would help me get into the colleges I’m shooting for (UCLA, UCB possibly but just dreaming). However, I really don’t think that trig has prepared me for it. With this being said, I’ve never received anything less than an A in any high school math class, and I’m an extremely hard worker. I NEED ADVICE. Thoughts?
