Should I take AP physics B or AP chem with the other classes I'm taking?

We are scheduling soon and I need to figure this out.
These are the classes I am definitely taking next year as a senior:
-AP English
-Precal (I'm in honors algebra now, so normally I would go to honors precal but I heard apc1 (advance college prep) precal which is one level down from honors is a lot easier, (I'm not amazing at math sooooo? should I take honors or acp1?)
-Government
-Anatomy and Physiology
-Religion

Now I can have 2-3 more classes and this is the list I can choose from:
Keep in mind I want to look good to colleges and make sure I have a good "trend" going for me
AP physics B
Physics
Spanish 4 or AP Spanish
Statistics
AP Chem (I heard it is very difficult at my school)

I want to take 2 sciences because I think that looks good and I am interested in pursuing a career in science, I just don't know if I should take regular or AP physics since I'm not super amazing at math, but I heard that AP Physics isn't too bad. I don't know if I should continue with Spanish or not because I'm sure it will look good but I'm not very interested in it.

I kind of want to be a doctor or nurse, but that changes everyday, so what would a good background be?

Also in the past and currently I have taken:
Honors English all three years
Honors bio freshman year, honors chem sophomore year
AP Bio this year
Forensics this year
AP psych last year
APUSH this year
ACP1 algebra 1 freshman year and ACP1 geometry sophomore year
Art, Chorus, Drama, Health

PLEASE HELP ME SO THAT I WILL LOOK LIKE A PROMISING STUDENT.
I REALIZE COMPARED TO A LOT OF KIDS ON HERE I DON'T APPEAR SUPER SMART BUT THIS IS WHAT MY CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL OFFERS SO IF YOU HELP ME WITH WHAT I'VE GOT THAT WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS.

Where do you want to go to college

A lot of colleges want to see people taking physics during high school, so I suggest taking AP physics B. If you’re not amazing at math, then take regular physics.

You need to do some research. The AP physics B test will be given for the last time this spring. Is your school still planning to teach this course?

If you want to go into medicine, Chemistry is more important than Physics. To most admissions types you are going to have an AP Science class. Unless your HS has some sort of national reputation with regard to their Chem or Physics program, they are equal for admission. In other words, take the one that you like or that helps you personally the best. The effect on admissions is negligible at best.

I am sophomore now and I took an easy Physics course freshman year (not great at math). Love robotics though. I am not sure if I should take Physics honors in my junior year. it is just that some of the Honors teachers at my school really suck (according to several seniors)
