<p>I'm a strong math and science student, and will be taking AP Calc BC next year - but I'm debating over whether or not to take AP Physics C concurrently because I have not taken an introductory or general high school physics course and have no knowledge of physics whatsoever. I want to take the class, I am a quick learner and work hard and feel like I could handle it. Is it possible to take AP Physics C (along with Calc BC) with no prior knowledge and still excel in it?</p>
<p>If you are as strong a math and science student as you say, then yes. in addition, there’s nothing stopping you from learning the basics of physics right now or over the summer.</p>

<p>I dont think u should do it given the fact that you have NOT taken the AP calculus BC…I took BC last year (5) still scared to take Physics C exam…</p>
<p>I am also going to be just taking calculus next year (AB) and taking Physics C. I think you can do it, my teacher told me that you only need to know a little calculus and your physics teacher should teach you it, or if you don’t know it, you could probably ask for help. I’m sure that you, being in BC, will be fine. My friend took it as a sophomore last year and she was only in Precalc Honors and she got a 3</p>
