Should I take AP Physics C?

Hello guys, I am a junior and I am thinking about taking AP Physics C senior year.
I am currently taking Calculus II (College course) and I heard that AP Physics is easy if you know calculus.
Would AP Physics put too much strain on my workload next year?

Senior Class Schedule
Honors English
AP Government
Math 245/254 (Discrete Math/ Linear Algebra)
Digital Electronics (Introductory Electrical Engineering)
Film Arts
Free Period

I would say yes, but only if you are interested in Physics or anything related.

AP Physics C is undoubtedly hard, but for the science minded it would come quite well-connected to other skills you have possessed and might help you hone them.

If you are not interested, Physics C is just a waste of time. It’s more than most people( except for engineering or physics major) would ever need to know and it’s hard. Better spend time where you are interested.

Have you taken a physics course before? Physics C is usually for 2nd or 3rd year physics students.

I took advanced physics in freshman year and got an “A” in it

Sure, go for it.

The course will still be hard and in the end, you’ll be left with a sense of confusion or extreme glee in your ability.

Or perhaps, both.
