Also, i got a 6/7 on my ITGS exam. I am sure I could have gotten a 7 but I was so busy this year. Do you guys think I should take the AP Computer Science A exam? I have a lot of experience with programming and CS.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Get an AP CS prep book so you can self study any content that is different.
APUSH with its new test design is very manageable in getting a 5; I am taking History of the Americas HL, and all US History was covered in junior year so it worked out perfectly. Physics SL covers more than what is covered in AP Physics C: Mechanics, so you could consider taking that exam with the help of review aids. Spanish SL is also a good substitution for AP Spanish Language and Culture. Finally, Math SL is like Physics SL in that it covers more than AP Calculus AB, so that’s also doable.
Of the classes I mentioned, APUSH and AP Calculus are the ones that I feel would be the easiest to transition in studying towards between IB and AP. Best of luck this year!
