Should I take extra courses before matriculating into graduate school?

I’m a rising sophomore in a 3 + 3 BSHS/DPT program at University of the Sciences. Even though it’s not required, I want to take extra courses before heading into my graduate years of my program. I first considered doing a minor, but now I’d rather take some classes that I think are interesting or relevant to my career. For starters, I’ll run off what courses I took/need to take along with the grades I received:

This Year: Overall GPA was 3.72 (3.63 Fall and 3.79 Spring)
-General Chemistry I and II (B- and A-, respectively) - 3 credits each
-General Chemistry Lab I and II (both A-'s) - 1 credit each
-Writing and Rhetoric I and II (both A’s) - 3 credits each
-Introduction to Sociology (A) - 3 credits
-Introduction to Communication (A-) - 3 credits
-Introduction to Business Seminar (not required but I wanted to take it) (A) - 2 credits
-Psychology of Human Development (was going to be taken 3rd year, but wanted to take now) (B+) - 3 credits
-Greek and Roman Philosophy (as a humanities course) (A) - 3 credits

Next Year:
-General Biology I and II - 3 credits each
-General Biology I and II Lab - 1 credit each
-Introductory Physics I and II with Lab - 4 credits each
-Multidisciplinary Inquiry - 6 credits total, 3 credits for each semester
-Accounting Theory (not required but I wanted to take it for the fall semester) - 3 credits
-Free Elective - 3 credits for spring semester

3rd Year:
-Anatomy and Physiology I and II - 3 credits each
-Human Structure and Function Lab I and II - 1 credit each
-Scientific Writing - 3 credits (fall semester)
-Biostatistics I - 3 credits (fall semester)
-PT Terminology I and II - 1 credit each
-Cognitive Psychology - 3 credits (spring semester)
-Basic Nutrition - 3 credits (spring semester)

I can take up to 20 credits per semester. Now here are the courses I’m interested in taking:

-Abnormal Psychology - 3 credits (offered only in the spring)
-Neuro/Developmental Disorders - 3 credits
-Health Psychology - 3 credits (offered only in the fall)
-Intro to Neuroscience - 3 credits (offered only in the fall)
-Microbiology with Lab- 4 credits (offered only in the fall)
-CPR/AED/First Aid Certification - 3 credits
-Animal Diversity/Morphology - 3 credits
-Health Care Systems - 3 credits
-Advanced Health Care Systems - 3 credits

I’m sorry if this was long, but what courses should I take and which others should I not take? Thanks.

First of all, a 6-year BSHS/DPT program sounds intense enough, and the courses difficult enough, that taking a lot of extra classes may not be a great idea. You’ve already completed a year so you may have a better handle on what you can handle, but just because you CAN take 20 hours doesn’t mean you SHOULD take 20 hours a semester.

If you do take additional courses, which ones you should take is really up to your interests and desires. Not every class you take in college has to be laser-focused on your future career and sometimes it’s nice just to take classes that are simply interesting rather than practical. All of the classes you mentioned seem to be very closely related to your future career choices (except maybe animal diversity), so any of them would work.
