Should I take GRE for the fourth time? Applying for CS PhD

Hi, I have taken GRE for three times and here are my scores

V 440 Q 790
V 390 Q 800
V 450 Q 800

I am applying for PhD in computer science, including some top programs. My GPA at UC Berkeley by the time I apply will be roughly 3.8, and CS major GPA will be the same. One year of research experience and will get all recommendation letters from CS professors at my school. Now I am wondering should I try my best to raise my verbal score in next two months
or focus on my statement of purpose. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My two cents…work on your statement of purpose. Your verbal scores are not ideal, and your statement of purpose can show them you are more than a test score in your ability to communicate effectively. If you spend your efforts on raising your verbal test score-and end up with the same numbers…you see where I am going with this thought.
G’Luck!

You will be fine with a 1200+ if the rest of your application is competitive. Polish your statement of purpose, as it is a far more important aspect of your application than your GRE scores are.

Get over your verbal scores. You already have perfect Q- why ruin it?

Focus on the SOP. Your writing in there will demonstrate that you just aren’t good at standardized tests.
