Took the SAT twice...

1st time:
CR - 660
Math - 670
Writing - 730

2nd time:
CR - 670
Math - 690
Writing - 750

Should I take it again or try the ACT?

Try the ACT…

Did you study between your first and second testings? If you did, and still wound up with a very similar score, there’s not much point in retaking. If you didn’t, you may want to study and then try again.

take the ACT

I did study a little in between the SATs…
I think I took a few practice tests and attempted to study vocab but I was lazy on the vocab.

Try it again (with more prep if you haven’t done much yet), but also take the ACT.

It’s one or the other.
For the SAT I had a tutor and class from my school so I was quite quite prepared just not vocab.

Ah ok. In that case I suggest you take a look at this:

http://www.act.org/aap/pdf/preparing.pdf

It contains a full ACT paper with answers and score charts. See how you do (try doing it under test conditions) and then decide from there what direction to take.

Your score is pretty good ( 2110) but it would be better if your WR was 690 and your math was 750 ;)

Haha yeah…
Sucks that my best score was writing.
