Should I take physics honors or regular?

I’m a junior in a private school and I want to study sports medicine as my major in college. I have taken regular biology in freshmen year, chemistry honors in sophomore year, and anatomy physiology honors in my current junior year. I have not been in a math honors class my whole high school career, so I am debating on whether I should take honors physics or regular physics. In my science classes I’ve gotten 80+ Averages as my final grades except in regular bio a 90+ average, but in every math class I’ve only gotten an 80+ average as my final grades. So what should I take?

HONORS. The math is not difficult.

If you’re not taking any honors math, you should definitely compensate by doing more advanced sciences. go honors.

Honors, if you want the challenge, of course. Maybe look up in the college course catalog which physics is required for your major and that might give you a clue.

Thank you guys for your advise and I looked it up and it just said that I would need to take a plain physics course in college so I was thinking that i would be better off taking physics in my school so. And also the thing I’m scared about is that my friends and people I know have told me it’s an overall hard class.
