I’ve taken both bio, and chem courses but I’ve read that you should take physics too
Next year I’m taking AP Bio and Anatomy and senior yr I’m taking AP Chem.
Do I need to have Physics somewhere in there because Bio, Anatomy, and Chem are subjects I’m actually interested in pursuing in college
You should have physics.
We were told to take 4 years of science but it doesn’t necessarily have to include physics. We know someone who got into UCLA without physics because the had AP chem, biology, Honors Chem, and some other science, but not physics because he was a chemistry major. Although he did have almost perfect scores on standardized tests. But you are in same boat, pursuing a major that is not physics.
I think it is a good idea to cover all 3 sciences in high school- Bio, Chem and Phyics. Just take a regular level course, so you have a base experience in all 3 categories.
