I would like to go into the science related field, probably Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. Although, I really like French and I don’t know whether to choose between AP French or Physics (not AP). Will colleges not accept me for not having physics? Will not having physics cause me to struggle in college? The only way I could do both would be to drop my lunch, which I did this year, but none of my teachers allow me to eat in class, so I do not get a lunch throughout the day which I don’t think I will do again.
No, colleges will not reject you because you do not have physics. Not having physics will also not cause you to struggle in college. Several of my friends got in to their top colleges without any physics, so you are fine without the course.
Choose the course that you are more interested in. Don’t take a class just for the sake of “college,” take a class because you want to be in it. In my opinion, I would take AP French if I were you (although you should have a good Biology and Chemistry background if you plan on pursuing Molecular Biology or Biochemistry).
