I am a High School students who is talking Honors and AP Classes. One thing I struggle with the most is Math, and I am currently taking Honors Algebra two. My next options for my Junior year are Pre-Calculus and Probability and Statistics. Which one should I take? I am going to major in art, so I know I do not need ALL the math I can take. Just tell me honestly. :-*
Many colleges have a quantitative reasoning requirement, often requiring knowledge of either precalculus or statistics (at the level of introductory college statistics that high school AP statistics emulates). High school courses may be a more gentle way to learn precalculus and/or statistics than faster paced college courses.
Some art may have a mathematical basis.
