Should I take SAT II subject test(s)?

<p>I hope to apply to Brown with a major in Anthropology. Is an SAT II subject test or multiple SAT II subjects required? Do you need to take a test in a particular subject? If the test is not mandatory, how highly recommended is it that a prospective student takes it? Thanks in advance!</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure you will need at least 2 SAT II’s or the ACT with writing. Even if you have taken the ACT with writing, the SAT II’s wouldn’t hurt to show a broader range of your academic skills (assuming you test well).</p>
