Should I take SAT Math 1 or Math 2? I have finished all the Math classes except for

AP Calc/AP Stat. I am ready to take AP Calc and AP Stat next year. Any advise?

Most IVY schools need only three Subject Tests. So, should I do Chem, Biology, Math 1? Or should I take Math 2?

Please advise.

Take math 2. I took it after taking Algebra 2/Trig.

You should be more than ready for the Math 2 test after taking honors trig/math analysis. Also, consider the fact that the Math 2 test has a more generous grading curve (you can look this up for any subject test on the College Board web site.)

This means if you’ve had the math classes levels you said, you can miss more questions on the Math 2 test and still score 800 as compared to the Math I test. For whatever reason, my son chose not to take Math 2 until after he had AP Calculus so he had to back study. He scored an 800. All the calc students knew about the more generous curve (also applies to the Physics exam if you need to take a science test.)

^Of course, the level 2 test is harder than level 1 (besides covering a lot more material), so the generous curve isn’t free. But findaplace is right, you should take level 2, you’ve covered more than enough math.
