Should I take Spanish?

I am a supply chain management major. I am currently taking Principles of Finance, Industrial Climate, Marketing Strategy, and Beginning Spanish I. All of them are 3 credit classes except Spanish (which is 5 credits). I am also trying to get into one more class which is 3 credits.
I have never taken 17 credits before. The most I took was 16 credits. In that semester all of my business classes were 200-level, now all of my business classes are 300-level.

I am also worried that I'll struggle in Principles of Finance since all my friends struggled in that class. How hard is Spanish in college? I never took Spanish before. I took German in high school and wasn't very good at it. I don't have the best GPA at the moment so I don't want to mess it up. Also, with the way my next few semesters are looking I can't take Spanish without taking 17 credits (since I have to take at least 4 business classes every semester from now on to graduate on time).

Is foreign language really that important even though English is the business language? If I get into the the other 3 credit class (which looks like I have a very good chance), should I drop Spanish?

Beginning Spanish 1 will be of absolutely no help to you. If you’re trying to learn a second language FOR a career, you may have missed the bus on that one unless you’re a freshman. Would it be helpful in landing a job in business? Of course; but if you’re GPA takes a -0.3 hit and to be barely conversant in spanish, I don’t think that’s worth it.

I think Spainish would not be a bad idea. If not Spanish then what? French maybe? Personally, would go with Spanish.

I would not bother unless you at least minor in it. You won’t be conversational with anything less. I’d suggest studying abroad if you have that opportunity as well, but the idea of taking a couple of foreign language classes doesn’t seem beneficial to me unless you get to the point where you can carry a conversation, and that generally takes some effort.

I say this with a disclaimer that I don’t know much about what is looked for in SCM positions. If you haven’t already, maybe you could take a look at some postings you might be interested in and seeing what they look for in candidates. If being bilingual is important in those, then you can use that to weigh on your decision.
