should i take the ACT again to get into these schools?

i had a 30 (34 E, 26 S/M, 32 R, 7 W) the first time (april) and 29 (35 E, 25 S/M, 31 R, 8 W) the second (june). i was supposed to take it again in september but i ended up not being able to. same with october. i know it looks bad that i did worse the second time. i was just about to register to take it for december (late fee) when i was wondering if i really should. does it look bad to not take it at least once senior year? there's no incentive to get a higher score for state school scholarships because i'll miss the deadline. i wish i just didn't have to worry about it anymore because i know i really have to put a lot of effort into studying on top of homework and apps to do better or it'll be pointless. the thing is, this is $65 that could go towards five score reports right NOW. money's really tight, especially right now, so :/

here are the schools i'm applying to and their ACT averages/ranges:

barnard: middle 50% is 28-32
bryn mawr: 28
college of the holy cross: test optional, unsure
macalester: 31
mount holyoke: 29
rhodes: 27% had 27-28, 22% had 29-30
scripps: middle 50% is 28-32
smith: test optional, looks like middle 50% is 27-31
wellesley: middle 50% is 29-32

i'm a first-gen, low-income URM, if that helps, but obviously if i could get a higher score i'd have a better chance at these schools. do you think a 30 is good enough to have a decent shot or should i try again?
