Should I take the AP Physics C mechanics and E and M credits (assuming I pass)

I just took a full practice test and scored almost a perfect 76/90 raw points in an old e and m test which is far above what i need for a 5. I was wondering if most schools use calc 3 in e and m and if i should take this credit or not? Im in calc 2 and obviously we havent used calc 3 in ap physics so i was wondering from experience.

Note: I am either going to Penn state or WVU for engineering

Also is the AP exam college material? Would it be harder in college? ON another note: if i transfer to another school after sophomore year in college, do they look at AP scores if i want them too???? thanks
