Should I take the lit. SATII as a prospective science major?

I'm still trying to work out what SATIIs I should take. I was thinking about taking math, biology, and english, but upon closer inspection I noticed that the english test was for literature and not writing as I had thought. I'm taking AP lit in the coming year, so I haven't gone in depth about analyzing literature yet.

This makes me wonder, should I even take it at all? I was planning on doing it to show that even though I'm applying as a premed/science major, I'm also a good english student. However, I've already done great on the English sections of the SATI and 5'd the writing exam, so might I be better served by leaving it out and taking another science subject test (chemistry) or just the two?

No, math II and a science is enough unless specified by the college.

A couple of the colleges I looked at say up to 3, so I was thinking I should do 3 to be most competitive.
