Should I take the SAT a 4th time

I'm debating whether or not I should take the SAT a 4th time to improve my Math Score or not. I understand that admissions counselors don't always look at your SAT/ACT scores, but I realize that a poor SAT score can hurt your chances of attending college anywhere. My first time taking the SAT I got a 570 on Critical Reading, 580 on Math, and 540 on Writing. My second time I got a 640 on Critical reading, 600 on Math, and a 540 on Writing. And my third time neither my Math nor my reading score improved but my writing improved to 620. The school that I want to be accepted in is in-state, public, and super scores but their average 50th percentile Math score is 650-670. Should I spend my money to take the SAT again, or would it be a waste of time and money?
