Should I take the SAT again?

I took a practice SAT about a year ago and scored 1750. This was with no preparation besides looking at some questions of the day.
In December I took my first official SAT and got a 1920 (550 reading, 710 math, 660 writing). In January I got a 2060 (610 reading, 800 math, 650 writing).
I am looking into colleges on the level of UC Berkeley or Pomona and my current score is very low for these schools. I really didn't improve much when I took the SAT in January. My writing score actually went down and the math section just happened to be easier that day.
If I take the SAT again and get about 2150, would that look bad on my college application? (since I took it 3 times) I have a 4.6 UC GPA and a lot of extra curriculars, so my SAT score is really hurting me.
Also, is the ACT easier on reading questions? That is what I struggle with most.

These are some of my other test scores that may help:

SAT Chemistry- 700
SAT Math 2- 740
SAT World History- 680

AP Chemistry- 3
AP European History- 4
AP Statistics- 5
AP World History- 5

Since most schools superscore, there is nothing to lose by taking it again.

Further, I do not agree with your statement that your score didn’t improve much the second time you took it.

I would say 140 points is a nice jump.

Getting into a top school is very difficult.

You don’t want to get rejected at a dream school, and always wonder if a few extra points on your SAT might have put you over the top.
