Should I take the SAT again?

After taking the SAT I twice, my score sums up to 2230. 790-math, 700-cr, 740-writing. I want to apply to Penn SEAS early. Is it worth for me to take it again in November?

You’ve already taken it twice and a 2230 clearly isn’t below penn standards. Id recommend spending your time brushing up on your essay and focusing on extracurriculars. Whether its “worth” taking largely depends on how confident you are in terms of scoring well above your current score. I mean, if you’re really bored and for some reason get a kick out of spending 4 hours of your life in a testing room, then go ahead and take it.

What grade are you? If you are a junior you have grades to focus on and if you are a senior you have applications to worry about. If you have time to study for another test and you are fairly certain you can do better, then go for it. I took the test once and got a 2290 and stopped. I was a junior and school did not give me enough free time to get my mind ready for another SAT.
