Should I take the SAT in November or December?

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<pre><code> I'm in a dilemma right now. I'm planning to apply to George Washington University (which has a regular application deadline of 1/15). GWU requires SAT II Subject Tests, which I'm also planning to take.

<p>However I'm somewhat not prepared to take the SAT this November. If I take it in December, and take the SAT II's on Jan. 28 and report them ASAP when the scores arrive, am I at a lost? Will GWU disregard it?</p>

<p>Ask GW, to be sure, sicne that's where you want the data to go. Generally, it would seem to be better to take tests in Nov & Dec, so scores would be available to schools thereafter but the only way to check is ask the college.</p>

<p>it depends, are you a senior? if not then you still have a lot of time. in my opinion, i think the sat1 is much more important.</p>
