Should I Take the SAT?

I took a PSAT at the beginning of Junior year and I took 3 ACTs (Feb, April, June) Most college websites ask what your SAT scores were.. Should I take the SAT or is the ACT enough? Will not taking the SAT affect my chances of getting in to a university?

most will accept either sat or act, if you’re happy w/your act, don’t worry

Depending on the college you’re planning on going to. Check what test your school of choice prefers. Also, check out: [The National Center for Fair & Open Testing | FairTest](http://www.fairtest.org/)

I received a 31 on my last ACT;
33 Reading
30 Math
29 Reading
33 Science
8 Writing
31 Combined English/Writing

U of I Urbana-Champaign, UW Madison, and Notre Dame are a few of the many colleges I have my eyes on…
Based on those scores alone…do I have any chance?

If you’re sticking to the Midwest you don’t always have to take the SAT. Especially for UMadison and stuff.

There is no college in the U.S. that prefers the SAT to the ACT. If you’re happy with your ACT scores, send them. No problem.
