Should I take the TOEFL/IELTS?

I am an International student from India. English is not my native language yet it is the medium in which i am taught (in all years of my high school).

Some colleges (like the Princeton University) stated that "The student must take the TOEFL/IELTS if he/she is not a native English speaker and the medium that he/she was taught isn't English"

I don't understand. For me, the last condition is true, but the first condition isn't.

Kindly, reply me.

No, you don’t have to take it.

Each college and university sets its own policy on this. If you cannot find the details on the website, contact the international admissions office and ask. Do not be surprised if each has a different policy.
