Should I take these classes together?

So let me start off by saying I’m a relatively smart student who works hard. I’m currently taking and doing well in Calculus III and Physics 205 (the first of three calc based physics class). I don’t want to be stuck in cc forever, so I’m trying to finish my required math and science classes and transfer.

In the fall, I’m signed up for:
Physics 215 [the third of the series (after the first, the order doesnt matter) which covers thermodynamics, heat, gases, modern physics, etc.],
Chemistry 1B [the second part of the series (I’ve taken the first already and gotten an A) which covers chemical kinetics, gases, thermodynamics, modern chemistry, and it touches up on o-chem and biochem)], and
Differential Equations / Linear Algebra (its only offered together).

I know I can do well in the classes spread out, but I’m not sure if I can take all three of them together and still survive. Any advice?

How many credit hours is this and do you have any commitments outside of school (work) that will be taking up more of your free time?
