My english is my weakness because of my hearing impediment. Thus, I don't score well on english tests and barely pass my english courses. Will it be worth it to take 2 AP English exams in this May, so I don't have to take an english class in college next year? How hard is it to score 4s on those exams? Any advice on preparation?

If you can write, you'll pass...

I think I'll give them a shot. It won't hurt me if I don't pass (I'm a senior), right? How many multiple choices do I need to get correct to get at least a "4" on each exam? How lenient is the curve? How huge are the essays for the exams?

I think the MC/Essay split is 60/40, but I'm not sure. I would take the free MC practice at Spark notes. It should give you an idea of how you'd do.

All right. Thanks for your help!

oh, i think its 45/55 for MC versus Essays. i might be wrong though...

Yes, I think it is 45/55 as buffitthemaster posted.
